Bergeron Martial Arts consist of knowledgeable and experienced instructors who are passionate about the martial arts. We teach students the fundamentals and experienced curriculums of martial arts in a safe and effective environment, while also inspiring and motivating each student to strive for excellence.
We offer a wide range of programs and classes to cater to students of all ages, skill levels, and interests. This includes traditional martial arts like karate, as well as newer styles like mixed martial arts (MMA). We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students through fostering a culture of respect, support, and camaraderie among students.

As a Karate Mother over the last 9 years I have seen first hand how the staff respect each student (young and slightly older...) as a unique individual. They value each and every person that walks through their door. It has never failed to amaze me how quickly they know each student by name. You are accepted for who you are and yet you come to know that you have so much more inside than you ever thought.
I've been at Bergeron Karate for about 5 years now. For me, it's excellent exercise, stimulating, and a wonderful community. But I have to add that it's great for kids, too. Much more than just physical fitness and self-defence, it also teaches leadership, concentration, stoicism and camraderie.
After an 18 year absence, I've returned to Bergeron Karate. Same great school and staff as it's always been. Now it's time to focus and train...
